Vance Center is to nurture the trust, confidence, communication, continued education and mentorship of our youth and elderly, while enhancing the partnership of community with our brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement.

 

We aim to develop our young people and facilitator experiential eduction and opportunities in the fields of Art, Music, Aviation, Hypno - Therapy and Law Enforcement.
