It has been my vision for years to create a lasting resource in the community. Through my years of continual public service, I have come to realize the potential of many programs working in concert to change lives and attitudes. The Vance Center is prepared to match their experience with need in the community and replace low expectations with excellence.
MISSION
Vance Center is to nurture the trust, confidence, communication, continued education and mentorship of our youth and elderly, while enhancing the partnership of community with our brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement.
Vance Center is committed, positioned and prepared to empower our young individuals to become confident, respected and contributing members of our society.
